Part-time Accounts Manager- Dungannon/ Armagh



  • Location: Dungannon/ Armagh Area

  • Job Type: Part-time (16 hrs per week)


Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very successful organisation based in the Dunngannon/ Armagh area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and conscientious candidate to contribute to a growing team.



Day-to-day of the role:



  • Manage payroll processing including PAYE and Pension submissions.

  • Handle monthly HMRC VAT returns and PAYE, including Intrastat Returns and EC Sales List.

  • Oversee bank management tasks such as grower & supplier payments and intercompany bank transactions.

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage euro currency exchange.

  • Update the Sales Master Spreadsheet.

  • Assist in the production of Management Accounts and other Financial Reports.

  • Handle Grower & MPO Recharges & purchase ledger processing/reconciliation on our Sage 200 platform.

  • Make journal entries as required (Payroll, Accruals, Prepayments, expense claims etc.).

  • Maintain Fixed Assets.

  • Assist in grant claims, company marketing, social media, and other business tasks as requested.



Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting role.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

  • Accounting qualification (desired, but not essential).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting packages/software.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
