Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper- South Belfast
Reed Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a successful company based in South Belfast. Due to another member of staff retiring, there is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant/ Bookkeeper to join the team.
This role is offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and busy team, and the successful candidate will be offered an extensive handover period with the current Bookkeeper.
Daily duties:
- Match credit notes to invoices
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare documents for payment processing
- Set up new Supplier accounts
- Bank reconciliations
- Weekly payroll for 40 employees
- Pension processing
- Assisting with sales ledger
- General administrative duties related to the finance desk
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar role
- IT Proficient to including accounting software
Additional Details:
- £30,000+ per annum dependent on experience
- Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
- Onsite parking
- Full-time permanent position
