What You'll Do



  • Lead, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and person-centered home environment

  • Ensure high-quality care and compliance across residential programs

  • Support individuals in achieving greater independence and community inclusion

  • Coordinate staffing, training, scheduling, and daily operations

  • Participate in an on-call weekend rotation and provide support when needed



What We're Looking For



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1-3 years of experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, or human services

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
