Start Date: November, 2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks with strong potential to extend
Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Shift Schedule: 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Coverage: Scheduled shifts; on-call optional
Pay Range: $210 $220/hour
Travel Allowance: $375 per shift worked no itemized receipts required
Holiday, OT, Call Rates: Not applicable
Generous Daily Travel Stipend: $375 per day worked
Flexible Monthly Commitment: Minimum 3 weeks/month, ideally 4
Collaborative Team Environment: anesthesiologists and CRNAs per day
High-Volume Department: 50 anesthetizing sites daily
Patient Population: Adults (18+); experience with Pediatrics and Neuro is a plus
Procedures: MAC and General Anesthesia only
Orientation: Typically 1 day; may expand to 2 3 days
EMR: EPIC Minimum 2 years of experience required
Board Certification: NBCRNA required
Licensure: IL license required, but willing to license.
Certifications: BLS, DEA, IL CSR required
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a CRNA with strong EPIC proficiency
