Location: Vincennes, Indiana
Position Type: Full-Time Physician Urology
A well-established practice in Vincennes, IN is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a supportive team. Physicians joining this practice enjoy a collegial environment, diverse case mix, and strong clinical support.
• Join an established urology practice with a diverse case mix at a single hospital location
• Block scheduling for surgical cases with flexible scheduling options
• Training in Urolift and Robotics preferred
• Access to advanced surgical equipment including da Vinci Xi Surgical System
• Support from two skilled advanced practice providers
• Optional teaching opportunities for residency programs
• Supported by a regional referral base of 240,000 patients
• Epic EMR and UroNav available
• Dedicated Physician Liaison for practice growth, professional relationships, and community outreach
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Indiana medical license
• Strong surgical and clinical skills
• Interest in teaching or community outreach is a plus
• Full-time clinical and surgical practice
• Flexible block scheduling for procedures
• Coverage at a single hospital site
• Competitive guaranteed base salary for up to 3 years with wRVU bonus structure
• Sign-on bonus, early signing/stipend, and loan repayment options
• Paid relocation up to $10,000
• 31 PTO days + 5 CME days / $5,000 CME allowance
