Coverage Duration

Licensure



  • Active Wyoming license or IMLC required




Schedule & Call


  • Inpatient coverage only




  • Call required




  • Procedures required: Yes




Clinical Environment


  • EMR: Epic




  • Credentialing Timeline: 6 8 weeks

  • Prostate cancer treatment




  • Robotic surgery




    • Robotic nephrectomy




    • Robotic prostatectomy






  • Prostate seed implants (brachytherapy)




  • BPH treatment (Rezum, UroLift)




  • Kidney stones

  • No-scalpel vasectomy




  • Urinary incontinence and bladder conditions
