The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll become part of supportive teams where no two days are the same. You'll help deliver activities aligned with the EYFS Framework and contribute to creating a safe, caring and stimulating space for every child. Your role will be vital in supporting each child's social, emotional and educational journey during their important early years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Framework
• Support children's development across all areas
• Maintain a safe and stimulating environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
• Observe and celebrate children's achievements

Skills and Experience

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner
• Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable)
• Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months

Location and Package

• Location: Sutton Coldfield
• Contract position starting from September 2026
• Pay: £14.24 per hour
