As a Core Faculty Physician with the Sollus Northwest Family Medicine Residency, you ll play a pivotal role in training residents while delivering full-spectrum, compassionate care to the communities that need it most.




About the Sollus Northwest Family Medicine Residency


Founded to serve rural and underserved communities in the Lower Yakima Valley, the Sollus Northwest Family Medicine Residency has been improving access to care and advancing health equity since 2013.


Our program is:



  • ACGME-accredited and Osteopathic-recognized

  • Built on a Patient-Centered Medical Home (Level 3 NCQA) model

  • Focused on culturally responsive, community-based care


Residents train in a diverse, high-need population, including migrant and seasonal farmworkers, Spanish-speaking families, and patients facing socioeconomic barriers to care.

In this role, you will:



  • Teach, supervise, and mentor residents across inpatient, outpatient, and didactic settings

  • Model full-scope Family Medicine while maintaining your own continuity patient panel

  • Shape curriculum and program development alongside leadership

  • Advance health equity by caring for underserved and rural communities

Compensation & Highlights



  • $258,000 $277,000 annual salary

  • $30,000 hiring bonus

  • 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion in Xela, Guatemala
