1-Year Partnership Track $1M+ Partner Earnings Las Vegas, NV
Join an established retina-only practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro area as a fellowship-trained Vitreoretinal Surgeon. This opportunity offers immediate access to a strong referral network, significant surgical volume, and a clear path to partnership.
Opportunity Highlights
- Retina-only practice with strong patient demand and an established referral network from ophthalmologists, optometrists, and regional health systems
- Current retina surgeons are booked months in advance, creating immediate opportunity for growth
- Access to preferred payer contracts
- Robust clinical support including a dedicated scribe, 1-2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians
- Option for a 4 or 5-day workweek with dedicated blocked OR time
- Autonomy to shape your case mix and clinical volume based on your professional goals
Compensation & Benefits
- Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives
- First-year earning potential of $650,000-$900,000+
1-year partnership track with partners earning $1M+ annually- Signing bonus, relocation assistance, retention bonus, fellowship stipend, and loan assistance available

Candidate Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of a U.S.-based ophthalmology residency
- Completion of a Vitreoretinal fellowship
- Open to 2027 graduating fellows
