Compensation and Benefits

• 
  Base Salary: $230,000 annual base salary


• 
  Productivity Bonus: $50,000 annually


• 
  CME Allowance: $1,000 annually for Continuing Medical Education (CME)


• 
  Paid Time Off: 15 weekdays of paid time off per year


• 
  CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME or personal use


• 
  Licensing and DEA: Covered by the practice


• 
  Paid Holidays: 7 paid holidays annually


• 
  Sick Days: 5 sick days per year

  Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage: Included
