Successful, private ENT practice with a 30+ year history - Boston Bedroom Community
•Highly reputed Otolaryngology practice covering 1 hospital (no trauma)
•New clinic adjacent from the hospital
•1 in 8 Call
•Robust staffing model includes PA support in both practice settings
•Onsite Lab, Audiology, ENG Testing, and Videostroboscopy
•Need for general ENT, Rhinology, laryngology, otology
Guaranteed salary with year one production bonus upside - Income Potential Above 90%ile MGMA
•Partnership Track with Immediate Profit Sharing & Surgery Center Ownership
•Comprehensive benefits including comprehensive health, malpractice, retirement, CME, PTO, etc.
Required:
•American Board Certified (or eligible for residents) in Otolaryngology
•Unable to support visa
