Surgery - Neurosurgery Physician

DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurosurgeon to join our team in providing exceptional surgical care to patients with neurological conditions in various locations in the state of Pennsylvania.

Job Description:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients requiring surgical intervention for a wide range of neurological conditions, including brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, neurotrauma, and cerebrovascular diseases.


• Perform complex brain and spinal surgeries, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies.


• Manage pre- and post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up.


• Handle emergency neurosurgical situations, including head trauma and stroke.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.


• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.


• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in neurosurgical techniques and technologies through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery


• Valid medical license in Pennsylvania State


• Extensive experience in performing complex brain and spinal surgeries


• Proficiency in the latest neurosurgical techniques and technologies


• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in high-stress situations
