Job Title: Qualified Plumber - Social Housing

Location: Lincoln & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £34,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card

Are you an experienced, qualified Plumber looking for a stable, permanent role with a leading social housing provider? We are currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a dedicated maintenance team operating across Lincoln.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive plumbing repairs, maintenance, and fault finding across domestic properties.

• Execute sanitary ware repairs and replacements, pipework fixes, radiator work, and routine plumbing tasks.

• Perform routine inspections, water testing, and remedial maintenance.

• Provide clean, efficient, and friendly customer service directly within resident's homes.

Requirements:

• 
  Qualifications: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent time-served experience) in Plumbing & Heating.

• 
  Driving License: Full UK Driving License (essential for company van usage).

• 
  Experience: Proven background in domestic plumbing repairs, maintenance, or social housing environments.

• 
  Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving skills, punctual, and reliable.
