I am currently recruiting for a Programme Tutor Assessor (Administration, Business & Customer Service) on behalf of a well-established training provider based in Hull.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tutor, Assessor, Trainer or industry professional with a background in Business Administration and/or Customer Service to join a supportive team and make a positive impact on learners' development and career progression.
Location: Hull
Salary: £25,945 - £31,364 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Full Time (part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate)
The Role
The successful candidate will deliver and assess one or more of the following apprenticeship standards:
- Administration Assistant Apprenticeship Standard
- Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
Working with both learners and employers, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment activities through a blend of workplace, classroom and online delivery methods. You will support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they remain engaged, achieve their qualifications and progress successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment sessions.
- Manage a caseload of learners, conducting regular reviews and setting development targets.
- Monitor learner attendance, progress, achievement and progression.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure programmes meet awarding body and funding requirements.
- Maintain accurate learner records and documentation.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes, audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Support learner recruitment and employer engagement initiatives.
About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Occupational competence within Business Administration and/or Customer Service.
- Experience of delivering training, assessment, coaching or mentoring.
- A teaching qualification (DTLLS, CertEd or Level 5 Diploma in Education) or willingness to work towards one.
- An assessor qualification (A1, D32/33 or CAVA) or willingness to achieve.
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
- A passion for supporting learners to achieve their goals.
