San Francisco Medical Director Position

Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician Hybrid Schedule- Only 2 Clinic Days

Lead a mission-driven primary care program while maintaining the flexibility to continue practicing medicine. This Medical Director opportunity in San Francisco, California offers a hybrid leadership role with only two clinic days each week, no call, and the opportunity to shape integrated care for underserved communities alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

• Provide clinical oversight, mentor providers, and support team-based, patient-centered care


• Lead integrated operations across medical, behavioral health, dental, and MAT services


• Hybrid schedule with approximately 80 percent administrative responsibilities and 20 percent clinical work


• No call, no weekends, and flexible options for virtual work after year two
