Adecco is currently hiring a Human Resources Coordinator on behalf of our client in Gold River, BC .
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support, and HR operations. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a key resource for employees across multiple business units while helping drive efficient and effective HR processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support, and HR operations. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a key resource for employees across multiple business units while helping drive efficient and effective HR processes.
Pay Rate: $65,000 - $72,000 per year
Location: Gold River, BC Relocation and Accommodations: Assistance is provided
Shift: Monday to Friday
Job type: Permanent Full-time
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR inquiries
- Provide HR support to employees and managers across multiple business units
- Assist managers with employee-related matters and HR processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate payroll changes, employee updates, and time-off tracking in partnership with Finance
- Support benefits and pension administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Ensure HR and payroll information is accurate and up to date
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
- Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and candidate communications
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare employment letters and HR documentation
- Support employee file management and record retention requirements
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare HR reports, trackers, and correspondence
- Support performance review administration and follow-up activities
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Copilot, Power Apps) to track and improve HR processes
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPHR designation or active pursuit of designation is considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll, benefits administration, or a related role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel
- Experience with Payworks and Manulife benefits administration is considered an asset
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle required
- Successful completion of an RCMP Criminal Record Check required
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
