HGV DRIVER WANTED - JOIN THE BALDWIN SKIP HIRE TEAM!
Looking for a driving job where you're valued, supported and part of a proper team?
Baldwin Skip Hire is a growing, family-run business with a strong reputation across Norfolk and Suffolk . We're proud to support a loyal, long-standing customer base, alongside major contractors, developers and construction sites throughout the region.
We're looking for a reliable and professional HGV Skip Loader & Roll-on Roll-off Driver to join our friendly, hardworking team.
At Baldwin Skip Hire, we work hard, pull together and have a laugh along the way. You won't just be a number - you'll be an important part of a close-knit team where everyone's contribution matters.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Delivering, exchanging and collecting skips and RoRos.
Servicing long-standing customers, contractors and developers.
Working across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
Completing jobs accurately using our PDA system.
Keeping your vehicle clean, safe and presentable.
Providing a professional and friendly service.
Supporting the yard and wider team when required.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Valid HGV Class 1 and/or Class 2 Licence .
Valid CPC Qualification Card .
Valid Digital Tachograph Card .
Good knowledge of drivers' hours regulations.
A reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
Good communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Your own transport due to the remote location of our yard.
Previous experience with skip loaders, RoRos, lorry and drag, or the waste industry would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
