We're looking for passionate Volleyball Coaches who want to develop athletes, build strong teams, and bring energy to practices and competitions. Whether you're an experienced coach or a former player ready to give back, this role offers the chance to impact athletes on and off the court.
Responsibilities
Run structured practices with practice planning support provided, while adding your own coaching style and creativity.
Develop athletes' skills and confidence through feedback, drills, and game-like situations.
Lead teams in tournaments and matches, modeling sportsmanship, composure, and competitive drive.
Create a team-first culture where athletes support and challenge one another.
Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to align on training, scheduling, and development.
Communicate clearly with athletes and families about expectations and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Coaching or competitive playing experience (volleyball preferred).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate athletes.
Excellent communication skills to engage with both players and parents.
Ability to guide group dynamics while promoting respect and inclusivity.
Commitment to personal growth and professional development.
