We are currently seeking experienced, high-performing ACA-licensed insurance agents for a full-time remote opportunity during open enrollment. Remote - U.S. Based

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-time during Open Enrollment)

About Our Client

Our client is a nationally recognized healthcare enrollment agency specializing in Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans. With a focus on volume, compliance, and agent support, they provide a structured system that includes cutting-edge tools like TLD, Health Sherpa, and CMS 3-way calling. Their model is built to empower licensed agents with the tools and back-end support needed to perform at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll individuals in ACA health plans during the open enrollment period

• Utilize platforms such as Health Sherpa, TLD, and CMS 3-way calling for compliant enrollments

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound leads

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to federal compliance standards

• Educate consumers on coverage options and eligibility

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Requirements:

• Active Health Insurance License (ACA-certified)

• Multi-state licensure strongly preferred

• Proven high-volume closing ability

• Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet remote work environment

• Proficiency in Health Sherpa, TLD, and CMS 3-way calling

• Ability to work full-time hours during open enrollment

• Results-driven mindset and strong communication skills

Compensation & Growth:

• Pure commission - EARN PER MEMBER!

• Estimated weekly earnings: $1,200-$3,000+ based on performance. Top agent last week made $4,670

• Tiered commission structure:

Tier 1: 0-59 Applications = $15/per Member

Tier 2: 60-99 Applications = $20/per Member

Tier 3: 100-124 Applications = $25/per Member

Tier 4: 124-149 Applications = $27.50/per Member

Tier 5: 125+ Applications = $30/per Member

• Additional performance bonuses:

CPA under $80 = +$2.50/ Per Member

CPA under $70 = +$2.50/ Per Member

CPA over $105 = flat $15/member
