Contracts Manager (M&E)
Our client a successful and growing business is currently looking to recruit for a Contract Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking projects from design stage through to construction handover.
About the Company:

The Role:
Manage across multiple commercial, domestic and residential contracts
Review project status and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Be in constant liaison between design, contractors and delivery team
Work closely with procurement team ensuring products required for projects are on site in line with project requirement
Presenting project status reports on projects
Mentor and guide junior members in the team
Essential Criteria
A minimum of 3(+) years experience in a M&E contracts management position
An understanding of mechanical projects in residential and commercial construction
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Travel across ROI to different projects
