Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Freezer Section) Location: Mallusk Duration: Temp to Perm Salary: £14.44 - £18.36 per hour (temporary rate) Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:00am
Apple Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join their busy warehouse team based in Mallusk. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity, offering competitive pay rates, full training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with an enhanced benefits package.
The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, working within the freezer section to ensure customer orders are picked, prepared and dispatched accurately.
Duties will include:
Picking and preparing customer orders accurately. Loading and unloading stock. Working within a freezer warehouse environment. Ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. Maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Following all health and safety procedures. Essential Criteria Ability to work in a freezer/cold store environment. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Good attention to detail. Ability to work as part of a team. Own safety boots are required. Desirable Criteria Previous warehouse experience. Experience using warehouse equipment or working in a fast-paced distribution environment. What's Provided Full protective clothing and PPE (excluding safety boots). Ongoing training and support.
