Director of Rugby Development
Contract term: Initially fixed term, governed by a 3-year strategic framework (2026/27 to 2028/29) but with potential to extend
Location: on-site at Campbell College Belfast
Campbell College Belfast is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and strategic Director of Rugby Development.
Campbell College holds a prestigious, historic reputation in schoolboy rugby, fielding 17 competitive teams and boasting a rich history in the Ulster Schools Cup; Campbell are the current holders of the trophy. This pivotal role aims to elevate our rugby programme to the next level by driving excellence in coaching, player development, and structural alignment.
This position is supported through a formal co-investment and strategic relationship with Ulster Rugby and the IRFU. Working alongside existing College personnel, the successful candidate will drive the school's rugby strategy from U12 through to the 1 st XV, ensuring a sustainable, top-tier pathway.
The salary range for this position is £40K to £50K
