Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a respected South Belfast law firm to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Property Paralegal to support a Senior Solicitor within its busy property team, offering excellent long-term career prospects.
The Opportunity
If you're an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Property Paralegal looking for your next move, this role offers the chance to work closely with a Senior Solicitor, supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload. From instruction through to post-completion, you'll play a key role in ensuring transactions progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Providing dedicated support to a Senior Solicitor with a busy residential conveyancing caseload
Preparing, reviewing and producing legal documentation and correspondence
Managing conveyancing files and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties
Drafting contracts, Land Registry documentation and post-completion paperwork
Audio typing and document production where required
Managing diaries, appointments and file administration
Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
Opening, maintaining and closing files in line with firm procedures
Supporting the day-to-day running of the Conveyancing department
About You
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Property Paralegal
Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
