Sales Advisor
Join Our Team as a Sales Advisor - Ellisons Jewellers, Belfast
Do you love retail and connecting with people and helping them find something special? Ellisons Jewellers is looking for a friendly, proactive Sales Advisor to join our Belfast team!
In this role, you'll get to know our clients, understand what they're looking for, and help them find the perfect piece - building relationships that last well beyond a single sale. It's a great opportunity to grow your sales career in a supportive, professional environment where your input genuinely matters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and engaging with clients, old and new, to showcase our products and services
- Listening closely to understand what each client really wants
- Sharing your knowledge of our pieces in a way that helps clients fall in love with them
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with our customers
- Working closely with the wider team to keep things running smoothly
- Keeping our showroom looking its best, with beautiful product displays
- Pitching in with day-to-day store operations and some behind-the-scenes tasks
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience - jewellery industry experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle a few things at once
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
