MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a global technology and manufacturing organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner - OpEx to join their expanding finance team in Belfast.

The Rewards:

As the successful Finance Business Partner - OpEx, you will receive:

• £65-75k base salary + extensive benefits;


• Annual bonus (15%);


• Hybrid/flexible working (3 days office based);


• Exposure to senior leadership and commercially focused finance projects.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Finance Business Partner - OpEx will be responsible for:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities for OpEx;


• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and financial support;


• Managing operating expenditure, month-end reporting and balance sheet activities;


• Producing financial analysis, KPI reporting and business performance insights;


• Driving process improvements, reporting automation and ROI analysis for strategic projects;


• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Finance Business Partner - OpEx will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by Experience;


• Strong business partnering or financial analysis experience;


• Strong stakeholder management experience;


• Strong IT skills.
