Head Chef required 40hrs a week assisting the Catering Manager in all areas, previous experience required, must be confident in leading the kitchen team to retain a high standard in all areas, every other weekend off.
Your role is to provide a high standard of quality nutritious meals in line with individual diets and the International Dysphagia Diet Standards. Also, to maintain standards of HACCP by completing required documentation.

Fixed Permanent contracted 40 hours per week
Social able Working Hours, including every other weekend off
Employment Pension

Building lasting relationships with residents, families and staff
What the role involves: To provide a well-balanced and nutritious diet for all clients and meals are well presented and at the correct temperature
Salary : To be discussed at interview stage.
