Outpatient Psychiatry-Oregon
- Hospital-employed position
- seeking a compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented BE/BC Psychiatrist to join a growing and supportive care team
- Competitive total compensation of $385,000+, including RVU bonus potential and quality incentives up to $45,000 annually, Commencement bonus of $30k, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
- Schedule: Four 10 hour days per week, full-time, permanent.
- Integrated outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care clinic
- Join 2 full-time physicians, 2 full-time nurse practitioners, and a team of LCSWs
- Average of 14-18 patients per day
- 1:1 clinical support staff; team-shared phone call coverage (for established patients only)
- EMR: EPIC
- New Grads Welcome
- Population: 35,000
