We believe in empowering coaches to make a difference - on and off the field - through mentorship, teamwork, and a shared passion for the game.
Position Overview
We're looking for energetic, positive, and motivated Youth Soccer Coaches to join our growing team! Coaches will work primarily with U9-U14 boys and girls teams, focusing on building strong fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for the game.
Whether you've coached before or are eager to learn, we'll provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you succeed. If you love working with kids, thrive in a team environment, and have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching the game, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist with team training sessions following the FC Horizon curriculum
Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for players to learn and grow
Coach weekend games and tournaments (mostly local)
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
Support each player's development both technically and personally
Attend periodic staff meetings and coach education sessions
Qualifications
Prior coaching or playing experience preferred
Passion for working with youth athletes (U8-U19)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude and growth mindset
USSF/Grassroots licenses a plus - we can train you!
