  • Brand Consistency & Collaboration

  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all design work, ensuring visual consistency across channels and consumer touchpoints

  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director to receive creative direction and deliver work that meets brand standards and business objectives

  • Partner with marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure design work aligns with product strategy and campaign goals

  • Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate on designs to meet quality standards and timelines

  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of digital asset libraries and file management systems

  • Production & Workflow

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Prepare and deliver final production files to exact specifications for print, digital, and paid media

  • Support photo shoot production as needed, including image retouching and post-production

  • Assist with retouching, resizing, and adapting existing assets for new formats and markets

  • Skills & Experience
  • 3-7 years of graphic design experience, ideally in fashion, retail, intimates, or consumer goods

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Experience designing for Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and Google Ads platforms, including knowledge of specs, formats, and mobile-first best practices

  • Experience working in Klaviyo for email design, including template creation and modular asset development

  • Familiarity with Shopify for e-commerce asset design and coordination is strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools for file sharing and handoff

  • Strong retouching skills in Photoshop, including color correction, image editing, and compositing

  • Portfolio showcases mobile-first, brand-aligned work across email, paid ads, and e-commerce

  • Ability to balance elevated, fashion-forward design with performance-driven creative requirements
