Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys working with builders, contractors, and residential construction?
The Norfolk Companies is looking for a Builder Sales & Design Consultant to grow builder partnerships across Greater Boston. This is a field-based role where you'll develop new business, manage long-term accounts, and help clients select cabinetry, countertops, millwork, and other building products from concept through completion.
- Develop relationships with builders, remodelers, and contractors
- Prospect and win new builder accounts
- Grow existing customer relationships
- Consult on cabinetry, kitchens, baths, countertops, millwork, and hardware
- Create product selections and design solutions
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation
- Visit job sites and support projects throughout construction
- Partner with showroom, design, and operations teams
- Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM
- Meet and exceed sales goals

for Designer role:
- 3+ years of sales experience in building products, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, millwork, windows, doors, flooring, or similar
- Experience working with builders, contractors, or remodelers
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Design experience or aptitude (20/20 Design, AutoCAD, or similar is a plus)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout Greater Boston
