About Us
Koncept Group is a growing manufacturer and installer of specialist fire doors. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Bench Joiner / Fire Door Manufacturer to join our workshop team in Carlton, Barnsley.
The Role
You will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality fire doors to specification, ensuring all work meets required standards and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture fire doors and associated products from technical drawings
Measure, mark, cut, shape and assemble timber, laminates and composite materials
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
Carry out finishing work to a high standard
Ensure products meet quality and fire door compliance requirements
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
Requirements
Previous experience as a Bench Joiner, Workshop Joiner or Fire Door Manufacturer
Experience using woodworking machinery and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
Full UK driving licence preferred
