Requirements:
Active, unrestricted CA license
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (completed residency)
Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
3 month commitment
Covid Vaccinations/Boosters
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
