Northern Michigan Hospital system seeking Pediatrician for locums coverage on select dates due to maternity leave. Clinic and 24hr nursery call, 7a-7a. Coverage needed at two nearby locations on the following dates:
-Low inpatient volume
-1 APP, no supervision required
-Level I Nursery with routine newborn care
-Must be certified to perform circumcisions, if needed
-Cerner EMR-60 Day Credentialing Timeframe
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible ( within 5 years of residency completion), MI License, NRP Certification, performs circumcisions, participates in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS, local no flights. Must be able to cover all or a majority of the dates listed. Must have a clean history/no licensing or displinary issues, no past malpractice.
Compensation:
Hourly Clinic: $150/hr
Night Call: $500/night 7p-7a
24 hr weekday call: $1800/day, includes 4 hrs gratis
24 hr weekend call: $1800/day includes 4 hrs gratis
Call-back: $187.5/hr ( hours called in beyond 4 included in 24 hr call rate)
OT/Holiday Rate: $225/hr
Holiday 24 hr call rate: $2700/day
Holiday call back rate:$225/hr
In addition we offer:
Nov. 4-5, 13, 20-23
Dec. 4, 5, 8, 11-13, 18-20, 22-28
