An established, physician-owned, and proudly private equity-free ENT practice is welcoming a permanent Otolaryngologist. This is an exceptional opportunity to enjoy the autonomy of private practice, step into immediate patient volume, and build long-term financial success through a clear two-year partnership track.
• Join a growing and collaborative practice of 7 physicians and 3 experienced APPs
• Comprehensive ancillary services including an in-house Allergy Center, Voice Center, audiology, hearing aids, speech-language pathology, and on-site CT imaging
• Flexible scheduling with, with most Friday afternoons off
• Inherit patient volume from two retiring physicians transitioning an established patient base
• Two-year partnership track
• $600,000+ partner earning potential
• Negotiable signing bonus and relocation assistance
• Full benefits including 6 weeks PTO, retirement match, malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and medical insurance beginning on day one
