Four Corners OB/GYN is seeking a full time OB/GYN to join our respected, busy, well-established practice (25+ years). This opportunity is available because one of our long time partners is moving closer to her family. We currently have 7 physicians and 6 APPs. The new physician will walk into an established patient base that has been growing in recent years. We have 3 in-house ultrasounds and full-time, highly experienced sonographers. For clinician and patient convenience, we offer many in-office procedures and have been expanding them in recent years.
Our practice serves not only Durango ( 20,000 residents) but the greater Four Corners region. Our extended base comes from the diverse, rural communities in Southwest Colorado, Northern New Mexico, and Southeastern Utah. We practice in a regional medical center attached to our medical office building and an outpatient surgery center. There are 12 LDRPs, a dedicated c-section room, and we perform approximately 700 deliveries/year. We also provide backup for a talented midwifery practice. The hospital has state of the art equipment for all minimally invasive surgeries including the newest Da Vinci robot. We offer comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric care, including high-risk OB and support a level 2 nursery with perinatology care.
Our practice has experienced extended growth and we are now in the process of building a brand new medical office building with two partner practices. With our new office location next year, we will be adding additional capabilities and services for our patient base!
We have a strong emphasis on patient care and offer private practice autonomy.
The opportunity offers:
A four day work week with a rotating 1:7 call. One day per week OR time.
Approximately equal OB and GYN visits
