ORs: 4 Providers on Shift: 3 Procedures: • General Surgery • Orthopedic • Urology • Podiatry • Endoscopy Required Skills: • Proficiency in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals • Caselogs required Supervision: Independent CRNA practice EMR System: Epic Travel & Malpractice Covered
