A high-producing Central Michigan private practice is actively seeking a full-time Dentist to step into an established, thriving office as the current owner transitions into retirement. The practice has been searching for the right fit and is now prepared to move aggressively, including offering a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and flexible, negotiable terms to secure the right candidate.

• Replace a retiring owner in a well-established, highly respected practice


• Immediate patient volume with strong demand (365 new patients in May 2025)


• Owner transitioning out, creating long-term stability and continuity


• Modern technology, including Digital X-Ray and Dentrix EMR


• Experienced, supportive clinical team in place


• (2 doctors, 4 hygienists, 4 assistants)


• Four-day workweek (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), providing excellent work-life balance

• Operatories: 2 per doctor plus 3 hygiene rooms


• Patient flow: 15-20 patients per doctor daily (40-50 total practice-wide)


• Scope of care: Restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and partials


• Patient demographics: Mixed, primarily adult population


• 2024 production: $1.76M


• 2025 year-to-date production: $678K


• Payor mix: Primarily private insurance and fee-for-service; children's Medicaid accepted in-state

• Daily guarantee or percentage of production, based on your preference
