Are you a fellowship-trained Physician seeking a meaningful leadership role in a thriving community? OrthoIllinois invites you to join our distinguished team in Rockford, Illinois, where you can combine clinical excellence with medical leadership.


We're seeking a fellowship-trained Physician with Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Practice Sports Medicine experience to serve as Medical Director at our Injury Express location in Rockford, Illinois. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a specialized orthopedic walk-in service while helping expand patient access and care delivery across the continuum.


OrthoIllinois Injury Express is the only local injury walk-in facility specializing in bones and joints, focused on treating new acute orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and work-related injuries along with onsite and in-house ancillary services including MRI, X-Ray, PT/OT, DME, and Orthotics & Prosthetics in modern, state-of-the-art facilities. The practice is centered in a welcoming walk-in clinic environment, backed by the expertise of highly skilled subspecialty orthopedic surgeons-giving the Medical Director a unique platform to make a visible impact.

Position Qualifications




  • MD degree, board-certified or eligible




  • Fellowship training completed
