Nous sommes   la recherche d'un(e) Sp©cialiste des services aux patients - Hub pour rejoindre notre ©quipe du Programme de soutien aux patients (PSP) dans le cadre d'un contrat de 12 mois. Dans ce r´le enti¨rement   distance, vous fournirez un soutien administratif et op©rationnel afin d'assurer que les patients, les professionnels de la sant© et les partenaires re§oivent un service rapide et exact.


Il s'agit d'un poste de niveau d©butant dans le domaine du soutien en sant©, o¹ vous contribuerez   la prestation du programme aux patients en soutenant les inscriptions, les processus de remboursement et les activit©s de service   la client¨le, tout en travaillant selon des proc©dures et des lignes directrices ©tablies.


Ce que vous ferez :

  • Soutenir les processus d'inscription et d'admission des patients conform©ment aux exigences du programme.

  • R©pondre aux demandes entrantes et sortantes des patients et des professionnels de la sant© en utilisant des scripts et des documents approuv©s.

  • Aider   coordonner les communications entre les patients, les professionnels de la sant©, les pharmacies, les assureurs et les ©quipes internes.

  • Effectuer la saisie de donn©es et le traitement de la documentation (p. ex., formulaires d'inscription, documents de remboursement, dossiers de laboratoire ou de perfusion).

  • Soutenir les activit©s de remboursement, y compris la collecte de documents et les suivis.

  • Maintenir des dossiers exacts et assurer l'int©grit© des donn©es dans les syst¨mes.

  • Identifier et transmettre les probl¨mes non routiniers selon les processus ©tablis.

  • Assurer la conformit© aux normes de confidentialit©, r©glementaires (GxP) et du programme.

  • Contribuer aux niveaux de service de l'©quipe en compl©tant les t¢ches de fa§on pr©cise et dans les d©lais.

Exigences de base :

  • Formation postsecondaire (dipl´me coll©gial ou combinaison ©quivalente de formation et d'exp©rience).

  • Poste de niveau d©butant; g©n©ralement 0   2 ans d'exp©rience pertinente en service   la client¨le, administration en sant© ou centre d'appels.

  • Bilingue (anglais/fran§ais).

  • Grande attention aux d©tails et capacit©   suivre des processus structur©s.

  • Capacit© d©montr©e   effectuer avec pr©cision des t¢ches de saisie de donn©es et administratives.

  • Ma®trise de base de l'informatique (Microsoft Office, syst¨mes de donn©es/documentation).

  • Bonnes habilet©s de communication pour g©rer des demandes courantes.

Comp©tences / exp©rience souhait©es :

  • Exp©rience dans un programme de soutien aux patients (PSP), le secteur de la sant©, la pharmacie ou les assurances.

  • Exp©rience ou exposition aux processus de remboursement, de facturation ou de v©rification des assurances.

  • Familiarit© avec les syst¨mes CRM ou les flux de travail li©s   la documentation en sant©.

Environnement de travail et exigences :

About the Role



We are seeking a Hub Patient Services Specialist to join our Patient Support Program (PSP) team on a 12-month contract. In this fully remote role, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure patients, healthcare providers, and partners receive timely and accurate service.


This is an entry-level healthcare support role where you will contribute to patient program delivery by supporting enrollment, reimbursement processes, and customer service activities, working within established procedures and guidelines.


What You'll Do:

  • Support patient enrollment and onboarding processes in alignment with program requirements.

  • Respond to inbound and outbound patient and provider inquiries using approved scripts and materials.

  • Assist in coordinating communication between patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, and internal teams.

  • Perform data entry and documentation processing (e.g., enrollment forms, reimbursement documents, lab or infusion records).

  • Support reimbursement activities, including document collection and follow-ups.

  • Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems.

  • Identify and escalate non-routine issues following established processes.

  • Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory (GxP), and program standards.

  • Contribute to team service levels by completing tasks accurately and on time.

Basic Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Entry-level role; 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, healthcare administration, or call center environments is typical.


  • Bilingual (English/French).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately.

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data/document systems).

  • Strong communication skills for handling routine inquiries.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in a Patient Support Program (PSP), healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance environment.

  • Exposure to reimbursement, billing, or benefits verification processes.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or healthcare documentation workflows.

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Primarily a desk-based role requiring extended computer use.

  • May require managing high-volume administrative tasks and communications in a structured, fast-paced environment.
