An established GI program near the Ozarks is recruiting an Advanced Gastroenterologist for a role designed around procedural efficiency, manageable workflow, and long-term sustainability. This opportunity offers a balanced hybrid model of ASC, hospital, and clinic responsibilities while keeping ERCP and EUS at the core of the practice. Procedure-Forward Practice Model: Spend your time performing ERCP, EUS, stenting, retrievals, and other advanced GI procedures supported by strong regional referrals
Balanced Weekly Structure: Hybrid schedule of ASC, clinic, and inpatient consults designed to maintain procedural focus without overwhelming outpatient demands
Dedicated Clinical Infrastructure: Work alongside experienced APRNs, RNs, schedulers, referral coordinators, and prior authorization staff in a highly supported environment
Hospital-Employed Financial Package: Base salary, productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation support, retirement plans, CME, PTO, and malpractice coverage included
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Strong ERCP and EUS procedural experience required
- Comfortable in a busy advanced GI setting
- Interest in collaborative practice and program development
