The Role:

• Location: Petoskey, MI


• Assignment duration: 03/01/2026 - 05/31/2026 (91 days)


• Specialty: Gastroenterology


• Type: Travel


• # of Positions: 1


• Shift Type: Days 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Regular hours required.


• Weekend Call: 24-hour weekend call (weekends only; no weekday night call)


• Setting: Hospital-based clinic/endoscopy


• Clinical volume: Approximately 18 outpatient / 20 inpatient scopes per day


• Duties: Endoscopy coverage and consults during scheduled clinical hours (7:00 AM - 4:30 PM)


• Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs; all services onsite including lab and X-ray


• EMR: Cerner


• Credentialing: 90 days


• OnCall: Yes - 24hr weekend call (weekends only)


• Licensure: Active Michigan license required at time of submission; IMLC candidates must meet submission timing requirements


• Orientation rate applies for training/orientation/online modules as specified by the client

Submission requirements (must be noted at time of name clear):

• Board Certified - REQUIRED


• ACLS - REQUIRED


• Active MI license CSR at time of submission - REQUIRED (no exceptions)


• Local candidates driving in - REQUIRED


• IMLC candidates: availability must be 60+ days out and provide LOQ for IMLC


• Clean background with no adverse actions (minimal malpractice history acceptable) - REQUIRED


• Prior experience: completed fellowship with minimum 2-3 years of experience - REQUIRED


• COVID vaccine - REQUIRED


• DEA - verbal confirmation REQUIRED at name clear


• NPDB self-query (pulled within 30 days) - REQUIRED


• Items needed for presentation: candidate home address, personal phone number, email address, DOB


• Rates and specific availability MUST be submitted at time of name clear - REQUIRED
