Associate Dentist
The Company:
Our client is a busy, well-established dental practice in Fort Wayne, IN with 10 operatories and a strong, fully staffed support team. The practice is currently fully booked and growing, adding approximately 50 new patients per month. Fort Wayne offers a low cost of living, great schools, and a vibrant yet affordable lifestyle with plenty of dining, outdoor activities, and community events.
The Position:
We are seeking a qualified Associate Dentist to join this growing team. This is a great opportunity for both experienced providers and new grads, with strong mentorship available. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, team-oriented, and looking for a long-term fit.
- 35% of Collections
- Daily Guarantee for First 3 Months
- Mix of Medicaid, PPO, and Fee-for-Service Patients
- 401(k) with 5% Match
- 2-3 Weeks of Time Off

- 2 Assistants per Dentist

Job Responsibilities
- Patient Volume Based on Provider Comfort
- Treat Patients of All Ages Preferred, but Not Required
- Provide Comprehensive Dental Care in a Team-Oriented Setting
- Maintain High Standards of Quality and Patient Experience
Job Requirements
- Active Indiana Dental License or Ability to Obtain
- Medicaid Credentialing is a Plus
- New Graduates Welcome
- Strong Communication and Patient Care Focus
- Desire for Long-Term Growth and Commitment
