- Weekend availability and call required
- Beeper call 30 min response time 1:10 ratio
- 4 patients per shift
- Inpatient and outpatient practice both required
- General, spinal, and epidural anesthesia required
- Regional blocks required case logs must be provided
- Neurosurgical and complex orthopedic cases included
- Minimum one year of experience required
