Job Details





  • Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 an hour





  • Job Type: Full-time





  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day shift)

About the Role


We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and professional Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join a thriving, patient-centered dental practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in shaping the patient experience, managing the daily schedule, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly. What You'll Do (Essential Functions)





  • Patient Welcome: Greet patients warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in/check-out process, and provide an exceptional customer service experience.





  • Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment book to maximize production, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate recall appointments.





  • Insurance Verification: Verify dental insurance benefits, submit claims, and accurately update patient records.





  • Financial Coordination: Discuss treatment plans, present cost estimates, collect copays, and assist patients with payment arrangements.





  • Administrative Support: Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient emails, and maintain a clean, organized reception area.





Qualifications & Skills





  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).





  • Experience: 1 2 years of experience working at a dental front desk or medical front office (Preferred).





  • Software: Proficiency with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft) is a major plus.





  • Attributes: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
