A well-established and respected healthcare system is excited to welcome a Urologist to join its growing urology program in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, multi-specialty team in a thriving community-based hospital setting. This position offers flexibility for candidates with varied clinical interests, including general urology, endourology, oncology, and robotic surgery. The incoming urologist will work alongside a supportive group of experienced physicians who value teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care. This opportunity is great for a new grad looking for mentorship or an experienced physician looking to ramp up quickly.
Hospital Highlights:
357-bed primary admitting hospital with full specialty support
Full support from leadership
Established, community-focused health system with a strong regional reputation
Advanced surgical technology, including robotics and minimally invasive capabilities
Level III Trauma
Practice Highlights:
General Urology with subspecialty volume in Endourology, Robotics, Urologic Oncology, and Men's Health
Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, 1/2 day on Fridays
Call responsibilities may vary; some coverage may be provided by a third party
Access to state-of-the-art imaging and surgical technology
Practice supported by APP coverage
Newly expanding facility with strategic market growth plans
J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
Competitive compensation package including base salary, potential RVU production incentives, benefits, and additional call coverage opportunities
