Join a thriving, physician-owned Pulmonary and Critical Care practice on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast. Established in 1983, our group has built a longstanding reputation for clinical excellence, strong referral relationships, and physician autonomy throughout Northwest Florida.
Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join our collegial and highly respected team.
This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking the independence of private practice, a defined path to ownership, and the ability to build a highly productive and rewarding long-term career. Our physicians enjoy exceptional longevity within the practice, with many partners remaining for 5-10+ years, reflecting the strength of our culture, partnership model, and practice stability.
Position Highlights
Established physician-owned Pulmonary and Critical Care practice serving the Gulf Coast since 1983
High-volume practice with immediate patient demand and a strong referral base
High-acuity ICU coverage, inpatient pulmonary consults, and established outpatient pulmonary clinic
Enjoy a predictable 8-week rotation that balances ICU, inpatient pulmonary consults, outpatient clinic, and LTAC responsibilities-offering clinical variety and a well-structured practice environment
Multi-hospital presence with strong community and specialist relationships
Collaborative physician team supported by experienced advanced practice providers
ECMO experience preferred
Partnership opportunity after 2 years with ownership potential in an independent physician-owned practice
True productivity-based ("eat what you kill") compensation model with substantial income potential for motivated physicians
