• Immediate Case Volume: Join a 26-provider multi-specialty group w/ a well-established orthopedic presence & a consistent, built-in referral stream
• Team-Based Support: Work alongside a dedicated Orthopedic PA-C & an experienced surgical & clinic team that keeps your workflow efficient & patient-focused
• Modern Surgical Environment
• Practice in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with: MAKO robotic-assisted technology, On-site CT & MRI, Fully integrated rehab services
• Private patient rooms & streamlined OR access
• Manageable Call Structure: Call schedule w/ the backing of a 15-surgeon Level I trauma center for collaboration & transfers when needed

Compensation & Benefits
• $622,000 Guaranteed Base + Production Incentives
• $120,000 Sign-On Bonus
