North Carolina's premier physician-owned urology practice is expanding its presence in Greensboro and is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join their team! Driven by sustained growth and increasing patient demand, this well-established organization offers the opportunity to step into a busy and well supported practice from day one.

Practice Highlights:
General urology and sub-specialized opportunities, with flexibility to tailor clinical interests
Join a growing and collaborative physician led and owned organization
Opportunity to participate in the future growth and direction of the practice
Strong referral relationships, immediate patient volume, and strong referral base
Opportunity to help shape the future growth of the practice
Extensive APP infrastructure throughout the practice
Call is equally shared at 1:14, with only 3 full weekend obligations, 3 very light "backup" weekends, and one holiday per year
APPs frequently assist with call responsibilities
Dedicated OR block time available (ASC available for cases)
Typical schedule of 3 clinic days / 2 OR days / 1/2 admin day
Teaching opportunities available with urology residents
Competitive compensation package including sign-on and relocation bonuses
Ancillary opportunities include pharmacy, imaging, PAE, IOD, pathology, PET scanner, clinical research, ASC, and more
Partnership track available after approximately 24 months
