BLOWN FILMS EXTRUSION LEADER - EXPERIENCED Flexible Specialty Films Multilayer or Barrier Films Day Shift Are you a skilled blown film extrusion professional who enjoys solving complex processing challenges and leading from the production floor? We are looking for an experienced technical leader to help drive operational excellence, train operators, and optimize performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, enjoys continuous learning, and takes pride in producing quality products. Skills needed to succeed

• 3 year's hands-on experience in blown film extrusion (multilayer preferred)


• Strong technical ability for process troubleshooting


• Eagerness for continuous learning


• Comfortable with hands-on leadership and developing others


• Computer literacy including Microsoft Applications - knowledge of SAP a plus


• Self-leadership and time management


• Focus to safety as a priority


• 2-year college degree preferred
