Practice Details
High volume general ENT practice
Opportunity to provide sub-specialty services and customize your practice
OR block time - 2 days per week
10 ORs
Two audiologists and one APP
Large primary care referral base
142,000 service population
118 bed hospital - 14 bed ICU
Level III trauma center
Competitive compensation package includes:
Compensation floor of $750,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be forgiven if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
